What we do with your data
Clementina is built so your health history never leaves your phone. This page covers two separate things: the app, and the beta mailing list.

The Clementina app
Your data stays on your device
Everything you log in Clementina (meals, symptoms, activities, medication and notes) is stored in your phone’s local storage. It is not sent to any server of ours and we have no way to read it.
If you delete the app, that data goes with it. Back up your phone if you don’t want to lose it.
No account, no password
The app asks for no email, phone number or sign-up to work. We don’t build a profile of you and we can’t tie app usage to a particular person.
The analysis runs on your phone
The patterns you see on the Insights page are calculated on the device itself, from the data already there. Your symptoms and meals don’t travel anywhere to be analysed.
Weather
If you turn on weather tracking, the app asks Open-Meteo, an external provider, for your local weather. That sends an approximate location, never your diary or your symptoms. You can leave the feature off and the app still works.
Medication reminders
Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, at the time you choose. They don’t pass through our servers.
We never sell health data
We don’t sell, rent or share health data with advertisers, insurers or third parties. If we later add cloud sync or doctor reports, they will be optional features you switch on yourself, and we’ll explain them here first.
This site and the beta list
What we collect
If you join the beta we store your email address and whether you use iOS or Android. Nothing else: the form asks for no name, no diagnosis and no health data.
What we use it for
Only to tell you when your beta batch opens and to send installation instructions. We don’t send you third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.
Who processes it
The list is managed with MailerLite, an email marketing provider acting as our data processor, which may store the data outside the European Union under the safeguards set out in its data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the beta period ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this same domain.
Your rights
For the data we do hold (your email on the beta list) you can ask us at any time to:
- Access what we store about you
- Correct it if it’s wrong
- Delete it entirely
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es)

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above and publish the new version at this same address. If the change affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
Clementina is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It shows you patterns in your own data; decisions about your health and treatment are made with your doctor.
