Your information, in your hands
Clementina is a symptom and meal diary. You log your day in seconds and the app tells you, in plain words, what keeps showing up on your worst days and what shows up on your best ones.
Three steps and that’s it
Log your day
Meals, activities, medicines and symptoms. Each food is saved as a bubble, so next time it goes in with one tap.
Weather logs itself
Clementina tracks your day’s weather automatically. You don’t have to type anything.
Read the results
Every day a correlation engine analyses your data and translates the result into plain text on the Insights page.
Two things meet and a sentence appears
Every bubble is something you logged: a meal, a symptom, the weather, an hour of sleep. When two of them line up often enough, Clementina says so without charts or jargon.
Coffee is associated with a headache the next day.
How Clementina talks to you
Coffee is associated with a headache the next day.
On your best days you almost always slept more than seven hours.
Bloating mostly turns up after aged cheese.
Your joint pain rises when the air pressure drops.
Your data stays with you
Clementina keeps your history in your phone’s own memory, like a notebook you carry. There is no server waiting for your symptoms.
No account, no password
Open the app and start logging. We don’t ask for an email to use it.
Stored on your device
Your diary lives locally. Delete the app and it leaves with you.
Your health data isn’t shared
We don’t sell or pass on health data. For the weather, only an approximate location is sent to Open-Meteo, never your diary. Exporting it is your call.

And anyone who has spent years writing things down in a notebook or in phone notes.
What people usually ask
What is Clementina?
A diary app for symptoms, meals and medication. You log your day in seconds and a correlation engine looks for what repeats on your worst days and your best ones, translated into ordinary sentences like “coffee is associated with a headache the next day”.
Where is my health data stored?
In your phone’s local storage. There is no account and no password, the analysis runs on the device itself, and we don’t sell or share health data.
When does the beta open, and who is it for?
The beta opens in small batches from October 2026, on iOS and Android. It’s meant for people whose symptoms fluctuate: migraine, IBS, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, MCAS, histamine intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, endometriosis, autoimmune conditions or chronic symptoms with no diagnosis.
Does it help with symptoms that worsen with the weather?
Yes. Clementina automatically logs your local weather and air pressure using Open-Meteo data, so you can see whether your symptoms line up with changes in the climate.
What does it cost?
No card, no day limit. Later on there will be a monthly subscription with extra features. Once we know what sits in each plan, we’ll say so here.

We open in small batches from October so we can listen to everyone. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when your turn comes.
We’ll write as soon as the next batch opens. Thank you for trying Clementina this early.
